How do I contact the Schoolhouse Team?

To contact our User Support Team, please use the Chat feature located in the bottom right-hand corner of the Help Desk. It should look like this:
In the event that you do not see the Chat icon, it’s likely that your ad-blocker is preventing it from displaying on the Help Desk.
You can also reach out to us by clicking on the "Chat with Support" option in the profile navigation on your Schoolhouse dashboard. It should look like this:
