  Live Help is where tutors can help you one-on-one (in real time) with any of your math-related questions. Live Help sessions occur every weekday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM EDT (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM PST). Live Help India is 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST. • How do I join a Live Help session?

  Sign up to apply to join Schoolhouse. Wait for your account to get approved. Visit ​​Live Help to request one-on-one, personalized help in the math subject of your choice. • What if a learner really pushes me to give them the answer to their problem?

  It is so tempting to respond, but resist the temptation! Giving an answering to their question won't help them learn the material, it will only encourage them to keep asking for answers rather than learn the process to arriving at the answer. Take a step back and figure out what main concepts are involved in the problem. Be sure that the learner understands these concepts or else they won't be able to solve the question. • What if multiple learners join?

  As a tutor, you may have multiple learners joining your room at the same time. Please accept all of the learners into the Zoom room as soon as they enter. Please don't leave learners in the waiting room. You should welcome the new learners and let them know that you're currently helping someone else and will get to the learners in the order that they joined. As a result, please be sensitive to how much time you spend with each learner.Few readers

  Introduce yourself to the learner. Understand the question or problem. Help the learner think through the question. Do NOT just provide the answer.Few readers
