What if I don't see a follow up email after consent was submitted or requested?


First, double-check that the email didn't go to spam
The email could be getting blocked if a school email address was used
The next most common cause is that there was a typo when entering the child's email (see below)

To change the child email, please find the confirmation email you received after completing the parent consent form. From there, you will see a link where you can change the child’s email address and input the correct one.
