What notice will I receive if Schoolhouse were to go out of business?

In the unlikely event that we go out of business or file for bankruptcy, we will provide you with notice of the event by posting on our homepage, or by email to your email address that you provided to us. To the extent legally feasible, we will provide you with thirty (30) days notice prior to such a dissolution event. We will provide instructions in the notice on how to request access to (and removal from our Service) of any personal information you have the rights to.

We may reject requests for access, or removal that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems). Where we can provide removal of your personal information from our Service, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort.
