Can you delete an activity from your Volunteer Hours PDF?

No, you are not able to. The purpose of this is so there is a concrete record of that session on the tracker. Having a hiding option may be possible to implement in the future, however, fully deleting activities would make things more difficult on the Tutoring Operations side when they are helping tutors deal with volunteer hours issues.
