As a verified college student, you can opt into connecting with other verified college students outside the platform, to build in-person friendships. If you choose to do this, it's important to use discretion when choosing who to connect with, and follow best practices for online safety as outlined in our Safety & Personal Boundaries training.
As a verified college student, you can opt in to include your college on your Schoolhouse profile. If you choose to do this, this will be publicly viewable, so it's good to note that if you have a unique name or other identifiers in your profile, it may be possible for someone to connect your Schoolhouse account with other profiles you have on the internet, such as LinkedIn. If you're not comfortable with this, you can choose not to opt in to showing your college on your profile.
