What is NPS? What does "In Low NPS Series" mean when peer reviewing?
NPS stands for Net Promoter Score and it is a metric used to better understand a range of things. Here at Schoolhouse, NPS helps us understand general learner satisfaction of a session.
While peer reviewing, you may come across a "In Low NPS" flag on a series. That means that the tutor is most likely not recommended by learners.
NPS, like many self-reported metrics, can be flawed. Sometimes, someone will have great feedback about a session but give it low NPS.
Since NPS is used as a piece of internal feedback about a session, tutors cannot access their own NPS.
