What tutoring rubric do you use to peer review sessions?
To peer review sessions, you use the MARS Dimension rubric we have in set. This includes the following categories:
Mastery - Conveys a deep understanding of material
Active Learning - Checks learners’ prior knowledge, adapts tutoring based on learners’ response, continuously engages learners (please note: this may happen through private Zoom DMs, which you will need to notice based on text), and confirms learners’ progress
Respectful Community - Strengthens learners' confidence (only applicable if learners were actively engaged), creates a comfortable learning environment
Safe Environment - Keeps interactions safe and appropriate
