When do official volunteer teams recruit?

Recruiting and onboarding cycles for volunteer teams occur twice annually: October to December and April to June. Teams have the flexibility to recruit for volunteer roles outside of the standard recruiting cycles as needed. In such cases, the volunteer's term will align with the next available six- or twelve-month cycle, ensuring that no term exceeds twelve months in duration.
