Can I host an extra session for my SAT learners?
If you'd like to add an optional session to your series, follow this guidance:
Sometimes tutors ask to host an additional session for their SAT Bootcamp learners to support them with a specific skill or provide extra practice. This is definitely not required, but if you'd like to add an optional session, you can use the "Add Session" feature to add a session to your series. Adding a new session will be added as an 'optional session' and does not count towards the reschedule cap for the series.
Click "Edit Series" and then "Add session."
If you are hosting an additional session outside of the Bootcamp date window, follow this guidance:
You will not be able to host additional sessions for your learners outside of the SAT Bootcamp date window within the SAT Bootcamp Subworld. You will need to host an additional session in the SAT Prep Subworld instead.
Go to the SAT Prep Subworld and follow these steps to publish a session.
In the session description, you can note that this is an extra session designed to support learners in a Bootcamp series.
Use the group chat to let your Bootcamp learners know about the additional session. Share the session link from the SAT Prep Subworld via group chat.
Note: It is possible that you will have learners from outside of your SAT Bootcamp joining this session. You can welcome them in to learn and also explain that the session is designed as a supplement to an existing SAT Bootcamp series.
